I have seen Cassandra for massage for several years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for bodywork at this point. I trust her to dig into the places that need attention from all the running, hiking, and cycling I do, but the calming atmosphere makes it easier to bear the pain if working out the knots. She has a thorough knowledge of the body, and a real understanding of the emotional and spiritual aspects of pain and tension. I've recommended her to close friends.

Cassandra Rose is an amazing and gifted healer and bodyworker. I have received bodywork from her a number of times, and the latest time I had just finished a run/race that had me feeling pretty awful in my body. In one 2-hour session she was able to assist with touch and care that rehabilitated my body almost completely back to amazing!!! She is highly recommended and I am seeing her again soon.
