~Life is simply a Dance. Learn to move softly and fluidly around the barriers and walls surrounding you. learn to bend and stretch above and below the aggresive nature of defaulted reality. Glide on the floor of love and release the tension of society, shake off that Vampurick energy and grind into the root of your being. Let the Bass of the Earth move you through the angelic breeze of Life, walk lightly, fly high, grind low and FLOW.
~There are a lot of things I will do for Love but I can guarantee u this: I will never change myself or my values in order to fit someone elses vision of 'perfect love'. Unconditional means under any condition, acceptance is the Key. YOU choose everyday how you want to feel, so today i choose Happiness, Joy, Laughter, Spontenaity, and an open heart. Falling into Grace.
~Find someone who supports you're life and enhances your love, laughs with you, shares stories with you, holds you when you hurt, listens to you when you just need to talk, one who makes the conscious choice NOT to hurt you in anyway, honors you, respects you, someone who wont hold anything against you. Someone who is willing to sit down and hash it out when needed, someone who knows your fears and brings understanding and loveing care to release those fears. Someone who chooses to be with you because they love you not because they are lonely and you are the only one there...... Let it be real or let it be...... ~Dont be with someone who makes you feel you cannot share or talk your heart or deep inner fears. Dont be with someone who makes you feel smaller or belittles you in anyway. Dont be with someone who manipulates your words and actions so they look like the good guy and you the crazy one. Dont be with someone who doesnt respect your fears or insecurities. Dont be with someone who doesnt care to listen Dont be with someone who has not intention of working through the hard stuff Dont be with someone who has no intention of working through the easy stuff either. Dont be with someone who doesn’t make you laugh. Dont be with someone who cannot see your side of the story. Dont be with someone who belittles you, your thoughts or your emotions. Dont be with someone who refuses to see past your physical self and into your soul, the soul of who you are! Dont be with someone who acts out of revenge or spite because of your actions. Have respect for yourself and don’t just go for the one who shows up. Take your time and go for the one who refuses to leave, who constantly shows up over and over and over again. Someone who wants to be there when you need a friend. Thats where the realness lies. ~Re-born with a new reality of what is. Something i already knew but needed to be reminded of.LOVE, really that is all there is, everything else is a cosmic game. Once you see the clowns you know, just breathe and be in love, compassion and truth. its all inside you. ALL THE ANSWERS ARE ALREADY WITHIN YOU. ~It's ALL Sacred. Jump in the puddles deep with ancient wisdom and beauty, Dance in the breath of past life essence, Shower in the Sacred waters of Gaia and Love the unfolding of the Lotus. YOU are Sacred! There is more to life than the current place and time. Expansion. ~LOVE, is what pullsyou out of the darkness. When you want to hate, find love. When you want t o rage, find Love. Even if it feels impossible, Go within & FIND LOVE. Trust me, it exists. I I found LOVE for most of my demons and projected enemies. Love really does win every single time.... If you move aside & allow it. Let that Light shine!! ~Love and accept all of who you are as u are. Every trait serves a purpose and until you see the light within you, you will not see the light in others. How you feel about the world around you is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. As you journey thru life u grow in wisdom and realize many of your perceptions of good and bad, right and wrong were simply illusions. ~Every passing moment is another chance to turn it all around.
~Love is not always butterflies and Popsicles but when it's real it's worth the roller coaster ups and downs. It's not always easy and requires steady work, communication, honesty, trust and openness. Stay open and keep loving through it all ~And then there was silence.....And from that silence grew love, and from that love grew life, and from that life came perception, and from that perception came fear, and from that fear came strength, and from that strength came understanding, and from that understanding came Love, and from that love came Silence. ~The moment you question your heart or turn your back on your truth is the moment FEAR, ANXIETY and anger flood in. FOLLOW your HEART! I promise you will not fall. Almost Every time you allow yourself to fall, you fear the drop. But the drop is where the magic is and questioning where you might land can cause inner turmoil and scars. Love isn't easy and it's definitely not a safe guard. Love will hold you, love will guide you, love will fill you up and it most definitely will break you...Open. Being vulnerable is probably one of the hardest places to be but, in the vulnerability is grace, that is life, that IS love. Surrender and trust the free fall. If you feel it, so does your counterpart. Don't allow fear to keep you from flying. The other (your counterpart) might just die, too. ~By realizing and then releasing our fears, we can transform our attachment into total fearlessness and personal freedom ~Best medicine: Forgiveness. ~Let's all be a little more mindful and heart-full with each other and love just a little bit more, Forgive a hell of a lot more and be gentle with your own process. We're ALL fighting Emotional/Spiritual and Physical battles. Forgive others and most importantly, forgive yourself and even if it hurts, COME back to Love!!! ~We cannot judge or hold judgements against others. We are all on our own path and have chosen different paths for a reason. Not all are spiritual, awake or conscious and this is ok. Actually it is divinely perfect. Breathe and follow your own bliss, don't force anyone into your bubble....it's your's and only your's to carry Once the dust settles and you rise from the ashes of who you were yesterday and meet the flame you are today, you have a choice to allow the panic of the old self to fill your current mind or take a deep breath trust in the dust and walk on. The mind and heart can be tricky lil bitches finding the balance and your truth is key to inner belief and happiness. Just because pieces shatter, burn off and die doesn't mean the story is over. It reveals transformation and a chance for growth, change and new perspective. You cannot sit in the ashes of yesterday and expect all to be the same. You have to keep burning, you have to keep trusting and you have to keep breaking in order to keep building.
